MONITORING PARAMETERS OF CEMENT AGREGATES
Equipment for monitoring of operating parameters of the cement aggregates, is used for measuring, indicating and digitizing these parameters in real-time control well cementing operations, the operations of acidification, sand consolidation operations and the stimulation operations production.
Equipment monitor the following parameters:
a) Pressure Pump (0 ÷ 1035 bar) - measuring, indicating and recording.
b) Flow pump (0 ÷ 2000 l / min) - measuring, indicating and recording.
c) The volume pumped - indicating and recording.
d) Pressure lubrication - indication and alarm lower limit.
Acquisition, processing, display and record the measured parameters is done with a device comprising:
· The acquisition and network controller
· Frequency- current converter
· Multifunctional display (HMI - Linux)
· Cube backup logger
· DC / DC converter -24Vdc / 12Vdc
The monitoring system includes:
· Coupling connection
· Housing equipment acquisition, pointing and registration (including the carrying case)
· Supports, spacers, masks, positioning the pointer device, etc.
· Interconnection cables, buttons, lamps, clamps.
