MONITORING PARAMETERS OF DRILLING RIGS - SIMD
The monitoring system ensures measurement, indication and electronic recording of working parameters of drilling installations and real time tracking of these parameters by all stakeholders in the process of drilling (chief driller, probe head, supervisor, etc.). The provide all necessary protection and signs dangerous in case of exceeding the default parameter limits.
An overview of the system and the equipment used and the location of a drilling is done in Fig.1.

The presentation is made for a minimal system with a small number of parameters, the system can be supplemented with other parameters according to customer request depending on the size of the installation and drilling rigs.
The equipment used takes into account the requirements related to hazardous areas and is in accordance with European Directive 94/9 / EC, explosion protection type is chosen depending on the characteristics of the area classified in terms Ex.
The monitoring system includes:
· A coupling connection;
· A housing for equipment acquisition, processing, storage and protection Exi;
· Supports, spacers, masks, an indicator panel fastener, etc.
· For interconnect cables, buttons, lamps, clamps.
Indication of operating parameters in the panel PC is a 12.1 "or 15".
The indication can be numerical linear bargraph, bargraph indicator circular or circular pointers (90 °, 180 °, 270 °, 360 °).
