MONITORING SYSTEM FOR WELL ACIDIZING PROCESS
The system monitors the operating parameters of an aggregate of acidification providing measurement, indication and recording of pressure, flow and fluid volumes pumped and a graphical presentation of the evolution of fluid in the well. The maximum 7 fluids can be monitored.
Equipment monitor the following parameters:
a) Pump pressure (0 ÷ 1035 bar) - measuring, indicating and recording.
Measured with a pressure transducer mounted electronic pump output. For optimal functioning of the transducer uses a fluid separator membrane inconel metal.
b) Pump flow (0 ÷ 2000 l / min) - measuring, indicating and recording.
Flow processing is made by two ways:
- Processing double strokes pump.A calibrated tank is used for to stable a volume of one double stroke pump.
- Electromagnetic flowmeter mounted on input pipe of triplex pump.
Processed flow loop consists of:
- proximity sensor
- frequency to current converter
c) Pumped volume (0 ÷ 9999,99 m³) for max 7 fluids – indicating and recording
The counter has RESET button command.
The volume can be determinated as second way by counting pulses from digital output of electromagnetical flowmeter and can be scalled in different units.
