DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM FOR 65T WORKOVER RIG
With the data-acquisition system, the accumulated data around the workover rigs should be collected and recorded. The data, accessible via a laptop, can be further processed and stored accordingly. The laptop is placed approximately 10m away from the data acqusition module, in the driver's cab.
This system collects data for the following parameters:
· Hook load[tf]
· Weight on Bit[tf]
· Tong(pincer) torque[daNm]
· Rotary table torque[daNm]
· Rotary table rotational speed[rpm]
· Mud pump pressure[Bar]
· Mud pump flow rate[liters/min]
· Diesel consumption
o fuel_flow_consumption [liters/hour]
o fuel_volume_consumption [liters]
The acquisition system has a reserve of 4 additional analog inputs for completion and future developments.
